About the room
I rent my living room with a bed and couch ( ideal for two person that know each other) with using bathroom and kitchen. Apratment is in really nice area of Down Town Vancouver next to the beach. Not very big (430 ft) One person would pay 1500CA and two person would pay 1000CA each. Apartament is 3 min walk to Davie street. So its not seprate apartment- its place where i live in seprate sleeping room. So kitchen and bathroom is shared. For respectfull and tollerant people who work full time.
About the roomies
I work and go to school so mostly im not at home. I look for mindfull and respectfull roomates.
