1-min walk to major bus routes, close to grocery stores and Brescia. Down the road from Western University gates Our house is kept clean by assigning 4 chores a week each. We have 3 fridges, lots of cabinet space, a dishwasher in our kitchen and on suite laundry where we also keep storage. We have two full bathrooms! Outside we have a fully fenced in backyard and love doing fires together when the weather allows it. Rent is $700 + flat rate $120 utilities ($820 all inclusive wifi, hydro, gas, toilet paper, cleaning products and paper towel) The room for rent is located in the basement and it’s 2 connected rooms rented as 1! (Biggest room in the house)

Our house is a group of 20y/o females near western university. We have a 4y/o Cane Corso. We would love to welcome another female to our house as we have people graduating and moving back home. We do quite a bit of roomie nights a month to build good relationships with each other and are very school supportive but you don’t have to be a student!
