Two bedrooms available for rent in a duplex located in Sunset Ridge. Room is available from mid February until June 30th (with the possibility to extend). Living with one female who works out of town frequently. Lots of street parking and storage in the garage if needed.
Room 1: Large sized room with en suite bathroom and walk in closet. $900+ utilities (split by the three equally). Renter will need to be approved by property management company.
Room 2: Smaller sized room (fits a queen bed comfortably) with your own bathroom down the hallway. $800 +utilities
Pet friendly for a well trained animal.
