Two-bedroom condo minutes walk away from TMU campus!

The main rooms (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) are all fully furnished. I’ve lived here for a year but my current roommate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take over her room! Your bedroom would be “Bedroom 2” on the floor plan.

The building also has free access to a gym and a rooftop pool!

My name is Amber and I’m a 20yo 2nd year nursing student at TMU! I love watching movies, anime, baking, and I can make us dinner too :)

I’m pretty clean, and quiet studying most of the time. Because of my major, I may need some nights without guests (i.e. before my clinical shifts or big exams). If you need quiet nights I’m happy to respect that too!

Our (unofficial) third roommate would be my cat, Marcie. She’s super sweet with everyone (including new people!) and has never had an accident before. I hope you like cats - She’ll cuddle with you lots.
