1 bedroom (approx. 9ft x 9ft) and 1 bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in High Park North. Apartment is a corner unit with a lot of natural light. Room is currently not empty as seen in the photos. Will update once room is empty.

Rent includes access to the amenities which include: pool, hot tub, gym, dance rooms, art room, office workrooms, party room, movie room, pool table. Security is on site.

Utilities and internet are extra, but approx. $100.

The building is not rent controlled, however the current rent is still below average as the increases are based on COVID lease rates.

Neighbourhood is very quiet. Directly north of High Park, it is a short walk to the TTC and the park. Grocery stores are located along Bloor (roughly a 15 minute walk).

I have been living here since 2021. I am the first resident to ever live in this unit. I am 30 and an educator so I am up early and home relatively early. I’m a very quiet person, but occasionally have friends over. I’m also very laid back and get along with people easily. I have a 1 year old cat. She is very friendly and cuddly. Loves to play!

I am looking for someone with a steady job that is also quiet and respectful of a shared space. Common areas like kitchen and living room are expected to be kept clean. If you smoke, it cannot be in the unit, as per regulations stipulated in the rental contract. Female tenants only.
