It is a pretty quiet area with lots of nearby parks and a shopping plaza with Dollaramma, Beer Store, Pharmacy and Asian grocery store across the street.10 minute walk to Fairview Mall Don Mills TTC station and No Frills. 25 Don Mills bus stop is steps away. 1 subway stop to Leslie Go train station and right in between 401 or DVP if you drive. Room comes with bed, desk, TV and lots of closet storage space. Laundry is in the unit and we have a big backyard. We will be sharing bathroom, kitchen living and dining room. If parking is required, can arrange to get you a monthly paid spot.

It is myself and my partner with our senior Jack Russell Bella who is our world. Must be ok with dogs! Please see attached photos of her cuteness! We are looking for a person that is chill, respectful, responsible, tidy and not a partier. If you smoke, that is fine, as long as it is OUTSIDE. I will be doing online courses soon and my partner is retired. We love watching sports and watching TV and movies. I also love cooking and spending time with my family. I have worked in Hospitality for the last 20 years and love it.
