Lennea's room

We are looking to rent a room in our gorgeous West Van home. We are in the upper British Properties and have a place with a lovely view of downtown and the bridge. Minutes from the city but very serene and peaceful. Bus stop out front, but it isn’t a terribly busy route. We are pet friendly and have a small dog year round. 2 small dogs when my mother is away in Mexico during the winter, and an inside cat also year round. We would be open to other pets if they are a good fit with ours. We = One of my partners, who works traditional hours and days. Our 22 year old son who is a bit of a hermit and is often in his room, doing online things. I work from home most of the time and am in the house. My other partner often spends weekends here. It is a fairly quiet house. The room is available anytime. It would be between $1500 and $1800 depending on what we agree to. Utilities included. It’s a beautiful old post and beam house. With a 27,000 square foot yard. The room has its own entrance to outside, steps from the hot tub. We have started putting together pieces to make a covered up outdoor gym. There is also the possibility of space for a small boat or trailer / RV (not for living in) There is also an outside work shop that may be becoming available shortly. There would be additional costs for both those options I’ll include a few photos.
