Quaint little townhouse in the heart of Port Moody! It will just be us (my boyfriend and I) sharing the place so it will be rather spacious. You’ll have your own bedroom with a lock, with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living space.

I’m currently working on getting the photos for the place (old tenants are still moving out). It’s a 3 bedroom townhouse, with walking access to bus stops, grocery stores, Newport Village, and the hospital.

If you want the room to be unfurnished to furnish it yourself, let me know - it will have a single bed, drawer set, and a desk for you.

Rent is slightly negotiable, you will cover 1/2 the utilities, and I will cover all the wifi :)

I’m in my early twenties so you must be okay with my friends coming/going - as well as social events happening from time to time. You are more than welcome to have people over as well, just be mindful and respectful of us :)

I have a 4 year old Pomeranian who is very lovable, just has accidents (he tries to use his pee pad when he does) from time to time.

If you’re looking to be friends with your roomate I would love that, as I’m trying to find someone that matches the same energy as me so we could mesh well!
