The house is located around Wharncliffe and Comissioners, and is right by the 93 bus that takes you straight to Western in 25-30 mins. The unit is very, very spacious and spans across 3 back-split floors. The laundry is in unit and is shared with everyone in the house including me. There is a 3 piece bathroom in basement to be shared with other people in the unit. There is a large living space in the basement that could be used as a shared space for studying or leisure or whatever you like. Utilities not included. Wifi included. Bi-weekly cleaning service of common areas. Your room will be a large room, on the main floor beside the separate entrance to the house and laundry room, and with its own 2-piece bathroom. Separated from main living area. Lease length is negotiable.

I am a PhD student and optometrist assistant that will be living in the main area of the house. I’m fairly quiet but do like interacting with people in the household. I am also the landlord, as this is the first home for my fiancé and I, so no funny business from random Toronto investors. We’re just looking for mortgage help because the mortgage rates are absolutely unfathomable. My fiancé is a welder and will be moving in after our wedding in May! I have a silly cat named Goose! She’s super friendly but also has a very distinct personality 😂. The basement will be shared by Syler (they/them) who also has a cat! They are non binary, a writer, and a very personable person! We just met 2 weeks ago and already friends! They will be moving in March 1 as well.
