Hello everyone! Our roommate is moving to Toronto, so we’ll have a room available in our 3 bedroom home starting March 15th! It’s the upper level of a two story house. We have the main entrance and it is separate from the lower level.

-Rent details: Monthly rent of 1100, not including utilities, which are split evenly among all roommates. Minimun 6 month lease with the possibility to go month to month after that. Rent deposit of half a months rent required at the start of the lease.

-About us: You’d be sharing the house with myself and fellow roommate Pranav! We are two chill guys in our late 20’s early 30s, who like to keep a clean, quiet, relaxed and cozy home! We enjoy being communicative and make an effort to respect each others spaces, and mantaining a friendly vibe at home! Some things each of us enjoy include watching soccer, watching movies and shows, playing tennis, trying coffee shops, exploring vancouver, and relaxing at home of course.

-Who we are looking for: Someone of a similar age range, who also likes to keep a clean, quiet, and friendly home! Someone who is communicative, and respectful of the space and each other. A working professional or someone doing post graduate studies, simply because that is more akin to the lifestyle we have atm. No pets, sorry.

-About the room: The room you’ll be renting is a comfy space that includes a regular sized closet and which will include a mattress and bed frame. There is space for a television stand as well. The room has a window looking out onto the main street, which invites wonderful natural light throughout the day!

-About the house: The house includes all ammenities anyone could ask for.

Washing and drying machines shared with the lovely people downstairs.

Fully equiped kitchen, including microwave, small grill, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator.

A furnished and spacious living room, with a TV with Roku included.

Two balcony areas, one at the front and one at the back, perfect for summertime .

Full size bathroom, shared mostly with just me, as other roomate has half bathroom in room.

There is also a closet space, suitable for small to medium size storage needs.

About the area: The house is located right by the corner of E 49th and Knight Street. With the 49th and 22 bus one block away, which can take you right to UBC or Metrotown or directly to downtown respectively. There is also beatuful South Memorial Park close by.
