Ideal for student and young professionals! Downtown fully furnished room in an apartment with bills included.
I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished room at 561 Sherbourne St. The room has incredible unobstructed views to the north and midtown, and the apartment has an east facing balcony which provides great views of the sunrise over Lake Ontario. The room comes with the TV and all bills are covered by the rent.
The apartment is located directly above Freshco for emergency snack runs, Sherbourne subway station is 300m away and The Village is a 10 minute walk. TMU is also only a 20 minute walk away.
The tenancy is until August 31st, but it’s easy to extend if needed. I’ve moved out of the property already.
About the roomies
Roommates are 2 male students, but suitable for working professionals as well.
