Single furnished bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house, located in Langford. Utilities are included as well as high speed wifi. A private washroom and semi-private space on the 3rd floor available for tenants use. Located just off Happy Valley Road, provides access to bus routes, if needed. The house is located on a pond with a public trail. Tenant must be okay with dogs as we have have 2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other cats/dogs at this point. This space for rent would be ideal for a single tenant.

We both work Monday to Friday generally working office hours. Pretty quiet house hold.
