Location is really good for transportation. All stores within 10 minute walks and only a 8 minute walk to the bus centre.

Room for rent is the master bedroom with a walk in closet that has its own independent walk-thru to the washroom. Really good sized room with a nice window west facing so, sun sets! :)

Theres a long balcony with a glass sliding door to get onto. Three stories up so secure.

Living room and kitchen are already furnished, if you wanted to add something to the living room i wouldnt be against. Kitchen has recently new appliances installed which work perfect.

In unit washer and dryer for laundry.

I’m 19 years old, working nights fulltime at cactus club and currently looking for a second job to work along side it. For the most part keep to myself. On occasion i have a couple friends over but i always give a heads up and make sure to be respectful.

Aside from work I go to the gym and generally am away from home most the day.

Interested in art, music and cooking, generally casual and just try to get ahead where I can. Enjoy deep diving into anything, a good show, book, gym, work or just a thought.
