Private unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath above ground basement located near Jane and Steeles. Close to both YRT and TTC lines, closest subway station is Pioneer Village. No parking, no laundry on site. Rest of the house is furnished. Internet is extra, expect around $40. Utilities are split 1/3 and paid quarterly. You’ll be an off lease roommate, paying rent to me and I’ll send it to the landlord, but we’ll write up a roommate agreement for us.
