The apartment is spacious and receives a lot of sunlight, with a spectacular view of the city and the lake. I am a digital designer who is working from home. I enjoy a comfortable and quiet living space, which is why I always make sure to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment and keep my voice down when someone is home with me. When I am not working in my room, I like to spend time in the common area, reading, listening to music, and watching TV. I like making conversation but I also value boundaries and privacy. Itβs all about finding the right balance when it comes to a co-living arrangement.
I am the leaseholder of the apartment looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, and respectful. Preferably someone who has a stable income and can make the rent payment on time every month.
