Rent is $600 plus utilities and interest that is split between separate unit down stairs. A private room is available for rent in an open 3 bedroom house with only one other roommate (myself) and a senior cat. I have a bed there but if you prefer your own it can be removed. This house has lots of light and is open concept/all one level. It is close to the village mall, Sobeys, and other amenities.

I am a female 30 year old working professional that likes to go to the gym and relax in the evenings. I work 8-4pm Monday to Friday and usually spend time with my friends or chill on the weekends. I have a 12 year old cat named Jake who is very relaxed and loving, but is not in your space.
