Bayswater Street

Hey all!

I’ve just signed a lease on a new place on West Broadway and Bayswater and I’m looking for a room mate.

The room is available now, or any time up to April 1st

The apartment is newly renovated and comes unfurnished. I’ve been making progress filling out the living room / kitchen, you’ll just need to bring a bed + any bedroom furniture you need

About the lease:

• Rent is $1700 per month + Utilities (approx 100). Deposit is half month’s rent.
• Move in date: March 1st (Flexible)
• Lease term, minimum 6 months, month to month rolling after that
• Large storage locker available in parking lot
• No Pets allowed

Made the decision to move from the UK to Canada last year, I spent the past 12 months bouncing around different places on the west coast, and finally decided it was time to find a home for a while, which brought me to Van!

I’m 30 years old and work remotely as a software engineer for a company called Streamyard, I usually mix up WFH with coffee shops and sometimes co-working spaces, there’s space in the apartment for a desk if you want to do the same

Besides that I try to lead a pretty active life, sports and outdoorsy stuff in the summer, coffee shops, dinners, cinema and gigs when the Vancouver rain sets in.

I’m ideally looking for a house mate who’s fun, social and brings a good mood to the apartment!
