half of a “salon-double.” each half has its own entrance and heater. the other half is occupied so the doors separating the rooms will remain closed and curtained. the furniture in the picture (desk, nightstand, gaming chair & animal crossing lamp) is all included if you’d like it, but it’s a bit used.
shared spaces (living room and kitchen) with appliances, board games, consoles, etc. feel free to hang out there!
the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, about a ten minute walk away from frontenac and a three minute walk from the 24 bus line.
