The bedroom is unfurnished, but current furniture is available for purchase. Insuite washroom (walk-in shower) just for you!
The apartment includes all appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer) and is furnished in the common areas (living/dining room/ kitchen). Rent includes Hydro, hot water, heating, AC. high speed Internet is shared and it costs $42 per month per person.

Located in between Outremont and Acadie subway station and walking distance to pubs, restaurants, bus stops, supermarkets, parks…
