Building includes pool for summer use, 24 hour modern gym, sauna, billiard table and working area, and a party room. Building is 5 min walk to subway, LCBO, Loblaws, Metro, FarmBoy, cafes and parks.

My partner and I are lookin for a clean male roommate to share our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. The roommate will have full access to 1 bedroom 1, 1 bathroom themselves. Kitchen and living area is shared.

Price is $1550 and includes: 1-Central Heating / AC and water 2- Home internet 3- Condo insurance

We prefer roomies who can abide with these rules: 1- Smoking outside 2- Clean after yourself 3- Home chores to be divided 4- Maintain cleanliness of the whole unit and shared space. We prefer light cookers and someone clean and respectful. Open communication about anything is key. 2 month notice is required before moving out.
