Wellesley Street West

We are located 10-20 minutes from UofT and 15 minutes from TMU. We are 2 minutes away from the Wellesley subway station, LCBO, Shoppers, Dollarama, Rabbas. 10 minutes from College Park (Metro, FarmBoy). The apt is already fully furnished, as is the kitchen (air fryer, toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc). Your room is not furnished. The room has sliding doors and no window (it’s the den). The building includes a gym, pool area (sauna, hot tub, steam room, pool, cold plunge), bbq, entertainment rooms, and theatre rooms currently under construction. We face South onto the CN tower. Public parking available directly under the building.

We are 2 girls studying at UofT in Rotman, both currently pursuing internships over the next 8 months. We are friendly and welcoming but tend to be out of the apt for most of the day. We have 2 cats and a rabbit (that stays in Sofia’s bedroom). The cat’s litter and food is kept in our bedrooms. The bathroom is shared with Clare. We don’t smoke weed and don’t want a roommate that does. Cigarettes and vapes are fine. Clare usually goes out on the weekends but Sofia likes to stay home. We don’t usually host parties but are okay with it if you ask us respectfully. Friends / boyfriends coming or staying over is completely fine. We like quiet at nighttime (12am-7am) and are cleanly.
