Glebemount Avenue

Currently looking to rent one of the three rooms on this main floor suite.

There is one shared washroom, although a fair size I would like to see this space stay clean and be used only for the necessities.

Depending on our situation, we could continue to just split the rent in two and use the smallest room as a computer, art space. It is currently empty and I would like to make the choice with the roommate :)

The room currently has a queen mattress, boxing spring and frame. There is also desk and a mirror. There is a built in shelf, and a larger than average closet. Lots of light gets into this room as well :) ☀️

Depending on your needs the furniture can be flexible, but if you need it - it’s there!

About a 5 minute walk to coxwell station, and 5 minute walk to value mart. It’s a chill area, parks around close enough to get down to the beaches pretty quick.

Oh ya! I currently don’t have a car so the car park is available :)

In terms of deposit and rental contracts, let’s chat.

I would describe myself as positive and enthusiastic. I am really hoping to share this space with someone who views their home as a safe space and a place to refresh and replenish.

I like to cook (this could benefit you) I like my quiet time but also like to enjoy myself with art nights, movies and music when the night is right. Let’s be friends?

I am currently in college and working, so I can have long days with homework and all that.

Few things to note

I have a year and a half year old golden doodle. He will want to be your friend, so if a furry friend isn’t what you’re after this accommodation definitely isn’t for you! I also have a cat but he very much is too good for anyone, and keeps to himself.

If you are interested in renting both rooms for your own person, say office space or something we can discuss that. I am just trying to be flexible. I have the master bedroom and my computer area is in there right now.

Kitchen is a fair size, and the living room is on the way to being a very comfortable hang out space, more furniture and personal ambiance touches welcome.
