About the room
Centrally located ground floor 2 bedroom apartment (makes it easier to move in your furniture) with shared kitchen and bathroom. Rent includes cable, hydro and internet, and there is a laundry on the same floor. Looking for a person who is clean, no drugs and has full time employment… otherwise the landlord of the building won’t approve you. Rental date is for April 1st and requires at least a 3 month commitment. Asking for half for a damage deposit.
About the roomies
I work in restoration & work full time Monday-Friday and sometimes on call, so usually only home in the evenings. When Im not working, I’m usually out with my fiance or at the gym. I like to keep the place clean, and I don’t smoke.
