Absolutely beautiful location! 5 minute walk to Lake Ontario, Colonel Samuel Smith Park, Marie Curtis Park, Len Ford park and all amenities on Lakeshore and Brownsline. 5 minute walk to Humber College. There is no stove so the kitchen upstairs is shared. There is a Microwave and potential for a toaster oven or hot plate.
Looking for a calm, quiet person who doesn’t mind having friendly conversations in the kitchen but also likes their own private time and space.

About the roomies
I am a single mom with 3 amazing daughters who are young in elementary school. We are busy during the day and usually out the door to school at 7:30am and home at 4:30pm. We like our quiet time in the evening, bedtime is usually 7:30pm. Weekends are usually quite quiet as well the girls go to their dads often.
