Feel at home here! The furnished basement suite includes all utilities, wireless, cable, linens, and dishes. My house is on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Exhibition area (Taylor and Herman) 1/2 block from the river, Meewasin Valley trails and within easy access by car, bike, or walking to Broadway shopping district and downtown. Buses to U of S are a half block away. The suite has a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, egg maker, electric frying pan, and fridge. I am looking for a female or LGBTQ2 tenant as we share laundry and back entrance. On-street or driveway parking with plug in. I have a friendly cat who has access to the basement and welcomes guests. References required.
