🏠 THE PLACE 🏙️ 1 small bedroom in a 2 bedroom basement apartment. located near the subway station, a Walmart and several other amenities in the west end of Old Toronto. the entrance is in the backyard, a few steps down. we have a shower but no bath. the stove is gas. new fully working fridge and you get half the fridge space. there’s a small kitchen table and a counter as well as plenty of cupboards. no dishwasher. there’s a small living room where i plan on keeping my instruments but you’re welcome to put some stuff in there too. your room isnt the largest but it’s nice and long. there is backyard space but no parking. the place is a little messy currently since i’ve been busy with school but i’m gonna clean it up before the move-in date.

✨ MORE ABOUT ME ✨ i’m a broke college student and part time cammer hoping to get involved in the film & music industries, specializing in screenwriting and lyrics. i plan on playing instruments and singing sometimes but i can do it at a time that is convenient for you. i’m half deaf in my right ear but working on getting that fixed. i smoke weed occasionally but don’t drink often. in my free time i’m often in discord calls with my partner but i’m also down to hang out, watch TV, play games, or whatever. i’m no professional chef but i like cooking for others. can’t promise 3 meals a day tho. i’m a busy bee.

❣️ IMPORTANT ❣️ i assume you want a place you can live comfortably in but i want to be comfortable as well. i’m a unique individual and i’m looking for someone who is willing to put up with the things listed below. if that’s not your cup of tea that’s ok just please don’t slam me for having my own requirements for who i live with. i’m making this all clear so you can decide if the place is right for you. i’m an occasional at-home nudist and i’m only fully dressed when it’s cold inside. also a cam streamer and it’s not always convenient for me to get dressed just to go to the washroom. i will sometimes have guests over but i’ll try to tell you beforehand. it could potentially get loud but i’ll make sure to be quiet after an agreed upon hour (definitely by 11). however i don’t really mind if you’re a little loud late at night i often sleep with headphones on, plus i’m half dead anyways. though if im recording music i may ask you to stay relatively quiet for a little while. i’m a psychonaut, so i’m the weirdest but coolest person you’ll ever meet. i’m awkward and shy at first but i enjoy conversations. hoping to find someone who knows that our lives are all unique subjective experiences. i don’t judge people, i judge actions, but i’m fully aware that people can learn from their mistakes. if you can both give and take criticism that’s a big plus. not that i have a lot of criticism usually. may ask for the odd favour like borrowing an egg. also my fiance will be living with me in my room in a few months. i’m polyamorous and open with them about who i’m seeing so no i’m not cheating lol.

👉 YOU 👉 i’m looking for a self sufficient roomate who can accept me and my above eccentricities and can pay rent consistently. and someone who isn’t controlling or toxic. i don’t mind sharing groceries or not it’s up to you. as for chores there’s not much to do but id appreciate if you could help keep the place relatively tidy. most pets are allowed, just let me know beforehand. i have a cat named Norm. also guests are welcome thought i prefer if you let me know when someone’s coming.
