About the room
We are 3 girls that go to Uottawa looking for a forth female roommate. The apartment is about 10 minute walk to UOttawa, a 30 minute bus to Carlton, and a 40 minute bus to Algonquine college.
The rent is $760 and utilities tend to she roughly $50. We have a washer and dryer within the unit. As well as air conditioning and heating.
We are on the main floor so we have upstairs and downstairs neighbours. Only need to furnish your room as we have couches, etc, for other living spaces. Please message for pictures or to chat :)
We have a cat Corduroy (aka chunky) who is shy and stays in the owners bedroom most of the time.
About the roomies
We are all focused on our studies in our respective program but enjoy having a fun night with MarioKart or just hanging around with friends. We are respectful of each others space and keep the place tidy.
