The bedroom is spacious with plenty of room for furnitures. Bed , dresser and mirror can be bought from the former roommate or removed before your arrival; if you have any questions you can ask us directly. Bathroom is shared between the 3 of us. We have a small sunroom. Area : The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Walking-distance from Foodfare, two parks, Rexall and cute little stores and cafes. Parking : no private parking but possibility to park for free in the street in front of the building.

Hi ! We are Zayra and Amélie looking for a 3rd roommate to live in our cozy apartment-share with us.

A bit about us : Zayra : about to turn 27, from Mexico, doing her master’s in microbiology and teaching on the side. Amélie : 27, from France, French teacher. (work sometimes from home)

As we are both working full time, atmosphere at home is rather chill. We like to gather sometimes to share a meal and catch up. We have been living together for a year and we have a good dynamic, most of the time we like to just relax. We embrace the balance between personnal life and sharing our life together, as friends and roommates.

We are looking for someone also calm, tidy and open-minded. Preferably 25 yo or more. We prefer someone working as well but if you are doing a post-graduate degree it’s also fine!
