About the room
We’re listing one bedroom to rent in a 3 Bed/1 Bath detached house! The entire ground floor/upper level is shared, while the basement is rented separately to a chill guy. Main St., is about 10 minutes walk from the Main St. Station, 15 minutes from the Danforth GO, and 25-30 from Centennial College’s Story Arts Centre.
We have a fair amount of free space in the house, including a spare room and a furnished living room. The kitchen is shared, as are the bulk of the appliances in there. Additionally, the house has both a working dishwasher and washing machine. However, we have no dryer and only street parking. Pets are allowed and appreciated.
The room for rent measures about 4.4m x 2.4m (14’6“ x 8’2“), and has a west-facing window along with a closet. Internet is ran through this room, and it can get a bit humid, so please plan accordingly.
About the roomies
Main St., already comes with a prickly pair of peeps for you to bunk with!
Creature #1 is Arpad (20, Male). He’s a 2nd-year Film-Arts student at Centennial College. He loves anime, coffee, and anything mecha.
Creature #2 is Theo (21, Non-Binary). They’re a recent grad from Centennial’s Game Development program. Not terribly interesting.
