Beautiful condo in the south end of Guelph. Has in suite laundry, dishwasher and balcony. Building has a gym located inside. Parking included. Your room is quite large and has your very own ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Living room is already furnished but if you have your own furniture you’d prefer for us to use that is also fine!

28 year old female with a dog. I work Monday-Friday 9-5, and typically spend weekends at my boyfriend’s. My dog is a big cuddler, and spends most of his time being lazy, laying on my bed and looking out the window. He doesn’t bark or chew furniture.

I’m pretty laid back- when I get home from work I usually just like to relax and watch TV and walk my dog.
