-The room: the room has a good sized closet, desk, and an entrance to a bathroom on your side of the room. The bathroom is shared with one other girl (the bathroom has two doors). Comes furnished. -We share a large living room and kitchen with 4 other roomies, and we have a relaxed cleaning schedule but it is expected that you follow it. -Garage for storage (but not too much) -Looking for someone who is mature and has lived with roommates before. 20’s-30 would be ideal. -There is a cat in the house, and we are open to allowing someone with a cat if they get along.

This is starting off as a sublet for me and then another roommates moves out in Sept. so it could require you move rooms, but the price is the same you would be getting a bigger and more private room

Located at Linley Valley on a quiet street with lots of walking trails.

The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house, so there are 4 other roommates. They are all girls in their 20’s. We love to hike, paddle, bake and spend time together. It is a social household and we host dinner parties from time to time, but we do not party a lot, and if we do we keep it outside of the house.
