Downstairs is shared laundry room with washer and dryer. The spacious kitchen includes fridge, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher and double sink that is shared with two other people. Backyard is fairly large with a shed, gardening space and patio table. House is located in Lundys Lane, Montrose road area. Six minute drive from Walmart, five minute drive from Lundys lane and eight minute walk to nearest bus stop. Many fast food places close by, shoppers drug mart, Starbucks, Tim hortons, no frills, etc. All in five minute distance. Looking for a male roommate who is between the age range of 18-25.
