You will share bathroom and kitchen with 2 people only.

The house has very spacious backyard and lots of parking space in the front of the house.

Shared 2 bathrooms, living room, dinning room and laundry.

Exellent location. House is by bus stop. Direct bus to Downtown.

Rent is $800 per month and security deposit is half of rent.

The room is private but you can share it with additional person and rent will be $400 extra.

Rent includes electricity, heat, gas, water, Wi-Fi internet, garbage Collection and full laundry.

Rent also includes fridge, stove, microwave, bed, dresser, desk and chair.

Suitable for student, working holiday Visa person or working professional.

No illegal drugs, wild parties and smoking inside. Outside is ok.
