South Millway

We’re in a quiet neighbourhood that’s very friendly, and also extremely close to all the things you’ll need. South Common Centre (Public transport, No Frills, Walmart, Dollarama) is a 10-minute walk away, and Giant Tiger is 8 minutes. UTM is a 5 minute drive/20 minute bus ride, and there is direct access to the city centre via 110N / 26E at South Common. Perfect for international students.

The room will be available from May to September. It’s cosy and fully furnished, and the landlord covers the utilities and internet bills. There is a shared kitchen, and 2 communal toilets, one on the second floor shared by 2 roommates, and one on the first. Parking is available in the driveway.

We’re a group of 3 UTM students, mostly male, looking for a new roomie to fill our spare room. Both genders and anyone in between are welcome. Unfortunately, we can only take students enrolled in an institute of higher education. No couples please.

Smoking is not allowed within the house, but we have a back deck where you can smoke. Weed is allowed, but the same smoking rules apply. Pets are iffy, you will have to speak to the landlord regarding this issue.
