16 x 10.5 feet (168 sf) basement room. Furnished with Queen Bed, sofa, wardrobe, drawers, TV, mirror and lamps. Blankets and linens available.

In basement, next to laundry room. House rules indicate no laundry at certain times (Sun-Thu 11pm-8am, Fri-Sat 12am-7am) to minimize noise disruption.

House has 3.5 washrooms (basement 0, main floor 0.5/powder room, upstairs 3 full bathrooms), 6 rooms (2 rooms share 1 bathroom). Shared kitchen and living room. Washer and Dryer available. All utilities included (including WIFI). Exercise equipment available.

House has kittens (4-8 months old) and cats (1 year old). No more pets.

Shared house cleaning - cleaning schedule available. Must follow recycling protocol. Must keep washroom doors to prevent cats from entering and drinking out of the toilet bowl; and keep front door closed to prevent cats from leaving the house. Welcome to feed cats with snacks and meals from the cat cupboard.
