Hello there, I’m renting a private room in East Vancouver. Fully furnished house, kitchen, living room and bathroom to share with the other guys. Everybody in the house has a private room, 2 workers and 1 student, very quiet. First floor apartment, with beautiful patio and garden in the backyard. Very close to bus stops as 20, 22, 9, 99 and skytrain Expo line and Millennium line. The price is 1250 per month (all bills are included even wi-fi), 600 deposit Minimum 2 months stay

Every person in the house has his own private room, 2 guys are workers and 1 is a student, all of them very quiet, respectful and clean
