Hi! We have a room available in a 2bed/1bath with a built in closet/storage. The place comes fully furnished and most of the stuff in the photos are yours but if you need it to be unfurnished that can be arranged as well. The mid-rise building is in the Toronto Junction neighborhood, a nice residential area. 645 sqft, very spacious unit with a balcony, comes with all appliances including in unit washer&dryer! We are super close to the bus and line 2 and the building comes with all amenities (gym, bbq, library, play room, park etc). Move in is ideally end of April or May 1st, but we are flexible! Rent is $1300/month + one time key deposit $150. We also have free visitor parking available in the building if you have a vehicle.

You will be living with:

Jupiter: Early 20s, Queer, Full time work from home Jupiter is a chill, easy going, responsible, clean and friendly roommate! I’ve lived with different roommates before and Jupiter is the best by far. He mostly stays in his room and keeps to himself. Non smoker, doesn’t drink, no pets (the dogs in the photos are mine and will move out with me). You’ll get along if you’re:
