Olivia's room

Hey guys! I have a room available in a 2-storey 2 bedroom apartment located near Sunnyside Public Library. Great location, close to everything you would need, and a nice building on its own- the only downfall would be that there’s no gym in the building. You will be taking over my current roommate’s room/part of the lease (the bedroom with one window and the bathroom on the main floor on the floor plan). I have a video of her room which I can send to you, but the whole place is pretty well furnished except for a couch. The rent includes everything except for hydro which is roughly $60, though it fluctuates (paid to me); and the lease is set to end on October 1st, however, we can renew if we want :)

To describe myself, I would say I am somewhat to myself and somewhat social. I do enjoy time spent at home and also like to go out doing different things outside of my master’s program, hitting the bars too. I am super clean lol so would want someone who also takes initiative with keeping the place clean, respecting each other’s space, etc. Just looking for someone I vibe with, and would like to talk more before agreeing to the lease.
