Application Requirements: 2 References Proof of work or Record of Employment or student with financial backing Must be either fully employed, a full-time student, or on a work/tourist Visa. Proof will be required. References from employer, former landlord (or parents if newly moving out for the first time), and/or current school enrollment verification are required. Payment in advance is required, and a half of the rent will serve as a damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned upon returning the key and inspection.
