Located in Dartmouth with bus routes right in front of the house, 15 mins drive to Halifax downtown, 30mins on bus. Perfect for people who don’t have car. Drive way can fit up to 2 vehicles included in the rent. Beautiful, newly renovated, airy house with new appliances, hardwood floors and lots of natural light. The rent includes water, parking. The rest of utilities will be shared with other tenants. We prefer couples, or quiet female tenants. Price will depend on the number of tenants in 1 room so please tell me how many people so that I can do the math of how much it would cost in total per month. Please message to ask for info.
