On the floor-plan it’s marked as “room 23” Quiet. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with two more roommates - both males. (Three people in total). Roommates are quiet, mature, clean, low-key, professionals.

Room comes UNfurnished.

There is no laundry in the house.

Vehicle parking is available as a “street parking” requiring permit from the city.

Price for room is $899/ month ( Includes all utilities: Heat, Hydro, Water).
