Looking for a housemate to share my 2 bed 1 bath triplex apartment!

Great location, close to outdoor areas like Dow’s Lake & the Arboretum. 10 min walk to Bank Street or Little Italy, & 20 min walk through the Arboretum to Carleton University (or a short bike ride, even shorter bus). The lease is all inclusive (landlord pays hydro, heating/gas, water and WiFi). Older apartment so it’s rent controlled, & lease is month-to-month.

Good space in the bedroom and a full closet. It can include some furnishing if you want, or bring your own. In-unit laundry, and window A/C provides good cooling in the summer.

I’m 25 and work full-time as an engineer. I’m clean and tidy around the house, especially in the kitchen cause I like to cook! Pretty quiet at home and don’t have big groups over. Active with sports & friends after work, so out of the house a lot on evenings and weekends. No smoking or pets. Looking for a student or young professional who is clean and friendly :)
