Owner lives in the house. Two adult children come to visit on weekends occasionally. A friend or two may visit owner sometimes but neither the visitors nor the children will be using the full bathroom of 2 renters. Bedrooms are each furnished with single beds and mattresses, bed sheets, comforters, table and chair, and desk lamps. Renters are allowed to do light cooking on the stove (no ovens but air fryer is okay as well as microwave for heating food).
