I have a unfurnished private room available for rent short term from June 1st-december 1st in a 1 bedroom shared apartment, please note ***you must move out of the apartment November 30th by 12 pm can not extend past December 1st no exceptions.
Rent price: $950/month rent includes hydro,heat,hot water, garbage and recycling, there is no WiFi or internet in the unit, coin laundry available in the building. Room is centrally located 10 minute walk from Lonsdale Quay, multiple bus routes , shopping on Lonsdale
Your roommate is a male and he sleeps in the living room, he works full Time in the day.
Must be a non-smoker, no pets, no drugs and no alcohol. Must have proof of income and a landlord reference.
