Looking for about 5 roommates to go in on a huge beautiful home in Van. Looking for clean self sufficient roommates. Preferably those who are highly educated with great jobs in the tech, medical, financial industries or someone entrepreneurial with a startup. I want to create a brainstorming incubator type home. Everyone will have their own room and bathroom. Rent will include utilities, cleaning, landscaping. This will not only be a place to stay but a networking type of opportunity. I will only be around every other week. Male preferred. I am easy going and clean.
Would be nice to be able to do some social things together like boating, hikes, drinks ect.
