$750/month. Available February 29th until August 28th. Located Downtown Owen Sound, 5-10 minute drive to Georgian College, grocery, bank, convenience, gas, restaurants and hiking trails. Utilities and Rogers high speed internet included. Futon, bedside table, lamp, desk, chair, dresser, large closet and large opening window in the room. Kitchen and bathroom is shared with me (20 year old female). 1 parking space, free shared laundry in building. Microwave, toaster, stove/oven and half the fridge available to you along with a few cupboards in the kitchen. I have a dog. He is a friendly Labrador Retriever who will be staying in my room. Looking for a VERY clean, tidy and quiet person who will respect my home and maintain its clean state. It’s a clean and quiet apartment that is smoke free. Absolutely no visitors allowed. I will not be having visitors either. Completely quiet after 10pm on weekdays. Must be full time student or full time employed. E TRANSFER ONLY.

I am very reserved, clean, quiet and respectful. I value privacy for myself and others. My dog does bark occasionally for about a minute sometimes but other than that he is quiet. He is very well trained and will not be around you unless you want to meet him. He is very friendly and good with people.
