Roughly 1000 sq ft loft. Located 20 minutes south of Winnipeg on 30 acres of riverfront property. You have you own entrance and can be as loud as you want. Disconnected from the house above our garage. Take your dog for a walk down by the river or bring your skates to skate on the illuminated pond. Could easily handle 3 but would be without a lot of privacy as it is a loft.

The loft is empty right now. The renter has moved back to British Columbia. You have the entire space to you self. It is furnished or you can furnish it yourself.
