Its a spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at 2700 total each month. (split equally between three people - 900) Hydro and wifi would be extra. There is also a lot of laundry machines on the ground floor with dryers but it is coin operated. Lease would start on may 1st and last a year.
