Belgo Road

Located on a dead-end road, this house is located on a vineyard on the very edge of Rutland and Black Mountain.
This large room has its own entrance at the back of the house through the backyard (or you can use the front door, up to you). A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is attached to the room for the sole use of the roommate (the tub is currently leaking so we will be having that looked at). The bedroom has a large closet.
The kitchen, living room, and backyard are all shared. The backyard faces towards East Kelowna, with garden beds, a gazebo and a BBQ with a pizza oven. The house is not located near a bus route, so not ideal for anyone who relies on public transit. The interior of the house has been repainted to a grey, just waiting on the current roommate to leave to update pictures

We are a young family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids living in the rest of the upstairs of the house. Our boys are ages 4 and 6. We also have a 2yr old medium-sized dog who is super friendly and will give you all the love in the world. We are both non-smokers and non-partiers. We are very easygoing and consider ourselves friendly. Snowmobiling, camping, and hiking are some of our many interests.
