This is a spacious two-storey 3 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom townhome (~2,000 sf) located right on the intersection of Yonge & Sheppard.
I am looking to sublet to a FEMALE short to long term, available immediately. The price depends on the OPTION stated below.
THE DEAL: PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO 1 YEAR TERM, w/ possibility of extension.
First & Last Month upon signing of Agreement
- Security Deposit
Security Deposit is a $500 deposit that will be returned to you at the end of your term, should all conditions of our agreement are met.
OPTION A: FULLY FURNISHED + PRIVATE BATHROOM
You will have a fully furnished bedroom and a private bathroom. The entire space is shared with only one other female professional.
$1,850 / monthly
OPTION B: FULLY FURNISHED + SHARED BATHROOM
You will have a fully furnished bedroom and share the bathroom with one other female professional.
$1,600 / monthly
You will have a lot of privacy as the loft is very spacious (~2,000 sf). Additional washroom downstairs, as a part of the common area.
It’s fully furnished w/ tons of equipment and a huge terrace that’s awesome for the summer time. Move right in w/ ease!
About the roomies
LOCATION: Yonge & Sheppard is a major hotspot that is right next to just about anything: bars, restaurants, gyms, cinema, banks, parks, grocery stores. This is a new loft that has direct indoor access to Sheppard Center Mall and TTC. It’s a safe and clean neighborhood that attracts mostly young professionals and families.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- all-inclusive (hydro, wifi, laundry)
- parking is additional upon request
COMMON AREA: This is referring to the common area + equipment that you’ll be sharing.
- living room w/ TV (netflix, amazon, etc)
- wellness area (home gym, yoga, stretch equipment)
- kitchen + dining area (espresso/coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice maker, crockpot, and more…)
- laundry (washer + dryer)
- huge terrace w/ outdoor patio
- washroom downstairs
- spacious walk-in closet space for coats/shoes
YOU ARE:
A non-smoking female w/ no pets who will treat this place like your own sacred home!
Preferably wellness focused as I’ve created a space centered around that.
THIS IS A SUBLET, NOT AN AIRBNB! All are responsible for maintaining the common area w/ courtesy.
